Refund Policy

RETURNS, REFUND, CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We want you to be fully satisfied with our products but if for any reason you are not, feel free to notify us and we will offer exchange or full return [minus original shipping costs] within 30 days of purchase.

 

ITEM CONDITION

Item is opened and used: We will only accept returns for partially used items. Please do not return fully used or empty containers. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with a return.

 

Item is unopened: You may just write "Return To Sender" in marker on the Unopened box and put it back into your mailbox. They will send it back to us and you will get a full refund [minus original shipping costs] when we receive it.

 

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  1. Put the items you’re returning in the original package if possible
  2. Include the Returns Form with your name, order number and contact information
  3. Indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return on your Returns Form
  4. Choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and ship it to the address below:

 

RETURNING A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

  1. If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges. In such case we will send you returns shipping label. 
  1. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, all damaged or defective products must be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery. 
  1. To obtain a refund for a damage or defective item, the item must be returned to us, unopened, and unused. 

 

REFUNDS POLICY

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method you used to make the purchase.
  2. We do not refund shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  4. We will not refund returns for fully used or empty containers
  5. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after we receive your return. Please allow time for the returned item to be delivered to us, for us to inspect and process the return, and for the credit card issuer to credit your account.
  6. For international customers, please note that Ara Bliss will not reimburse or refund for any import duties, fees and taxes charged by the government of your country.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only allow exchanges if you received the product damaged and want it replaced. Otherwise we do not allow exchanges. If you would like to try a different product, simply follow our Return Steps listed above and we will initiate your refund. You can place a new order for a different product before, during and after the refund process.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY  

You may cancel an order if the item has not yet been marked shipped. We usually ship all orders within 6-24 hours.

You may log into your account at any time to see the status of your order online.

Once an order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If the order has been shipped we cannot accept a cancellation. In this case you can initiate a return of the product if no longer want to keep it.
